Already available for the PS4 version, the Hitman 3 PCVR mode will allow owners of the game to fully play the game with a virtual reality headset.
The official announcement of IO Interactive has been accompanying what the company calls, Hitman 3 – Year 2, a second-year that will begin on January 20, 2022.
Hitman 3 was released in early 2021 on PlayStation VR and the Epic Games store for PC, but the game did not include the option to play the game in virtual reality as it was a PSVR Exclusive.
The game was very well received and garnered good ratings among players and the specialized press. The trilogy reached an impressive 50 million players.
What Will This Hitman 3 – Year 2 Bring Us?
PCVR users who are followers of the IO Interactive saga, we are in luck.
This second year will begin on January 20, 2020, and confirm official support for another 12 months. This will include new maps, stories, modes, and ways to play.
The PC version will include major graphical enhancements, already improved compatibility with 8+ core CPU, and variable speed shading and with the Ray Tracing.
The star news is that this Hitman 3 – Year 2, will bring compatibility with VR headsets to PC. Full technical details and platforms to be released will be revealed before January 20
In addition, it will have full support for VR controllers, so we will not have to use a traditional controller, as was the case with the PlayStation VR version.
