RUMBLE (the earth bending game) that everyone is talking about; Will it ever come to Meta Quest 2? Yes and No.
RUMBLE is like a dream come true for many of us, especially if you’re a man.
If you don’t know, RUMBLE is a martial arts VR game in which you need to perform specific martial arts movements to control the earth around you. Sounds intriguing? It really is.
Someone literally commented: “I never knew that punching air repeatedly would be THAT fun.”
But let me tell you, the game is ruthless when it comes to martial arts movements. You need to be almost perfect when performing any martial arts move, which is perfect for a standalone headset, aka Meta Quest.
Because who wants to get tangled while performing “earth-shattering” martial arts moves just to get defeated by our own wires? So,
“Is RUMBLE coming to Meta Quest 2?”
Here’s the good news and bad news: The developer said that the Quest 2 version is “in the process” (good news) but will not come soon (bad news). It’s been almost a year since the tweet, and still, we haven’t received any updates regarding the Rumble Quest 2 version.
BONUS: If you can’t wait for the RUMBLE Meta Quest 2 version then there is a game called Elemental Arts VR on Sidequest that has all the elements of “RUMBLE” but for free. In this game too, you need to perform gestures and harness the power of Water, Fire, Earth, and Air.
Can you play RUMBLE on Meta Quest 2 & 3?
You can’t play RUMBLE natively on your Meta Quest but YOU CAN play RUMBLE VR on your Meta Quest (1, 2, 3 or Pro) by turning your Meta Quest into a PCVR headset.
Here are 2 methods through which you can play RUMBLE on your Meta Quest headset which takes less than 10 minutes!
The 2 methods are:
Choose any method. Buy RUMBLE; preferably on the Meta RIFT platform. Put on your Meta Quest and get ready to RUMBLE! (no pun intended)
About RUMBLE:
RUMBLE is a “gesture-based” martial arts game in which you have to properly learn the poses, movements, and internalize what each one does to win the intense 1v1 PvP duels.
“Gesture-based” means that the triggers don’t do anything outside of the menus and hand gestures. It’s like real martial arts, but you don’t need to travel to a whole different country to learn it (lol).
Just imagine a Naruto game that has gesture-based jutsus and fights. Fun and a useless fact: I learned how to do Naruto Hand signs because….why not🤠. There’s a whole channel dedicated to it. Thank me later.
RUMBLE is available on Valve Index, Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Windows Mixed Reality and hopefully on Meta Quest soon (fingers crossed🤞)
